Our Factory Trained Service Centers (FTSC) undergo rigorous evaluation to earn a Platinum or Silver certification and must meet or exceed critical criteria in order to earn our endorsement. We thoroughly evaluate centers in terms of individual mechanic's training, pump service and testing capabilities, foam systems and CAFS, parts availability, safety, and facility size.
