Waterous Releases New Web Site

Waterous, a global leader in fire suppression technology released a new version of www.waterousco.com.

Benefits of the Waterous web site are:

• Made it easier to find products with dropdown menus, side menus and links to product offerings.
• Separated site by Fire Suppression and Industrial Applications.
• Separated products into categories – Vehicle Mounted Pumps, CAFSystems, Foam Systems, Portable Pumps, Accessories, Modules, Hydrants and Valves, Industrial. Each product category contains products associated with the top category.
• Added literature including instructions, dimensional drawings, data sheets, service parts lists, specification sheets, international translations and videos. This data will constantly be updated so you can always know you are reviewing the most current information.

MyWaterous Customer Portal

Another addition to the new web site is the MyWaterous Customer Portal. With MyWaterous, our customers will be able to check status of orders, track shipments, reprint invoices, quotes or acknowledgments, check status of returned material and check account balances.

Phase 2 – 2014

We aren’t stopping there. Phase 2 of the new site will follow with special added features. These new features will appear sometime mid 2014.
