The ESU1 Split-Shaft model is equipped with a chain-driven C22 Transmission. The C22 Transmission provides the best In-Class power transfer. The silent chain-drive provides no gear whining, provides positive shifting and requires less horsepower that will enhance the efficiency of the apparatus.

The basic system consists of two Venturis air primers, two priming valves, an auto or manual-prime control panel, and a compressed air supply equipped with a pressure protection valve. Additional components, or a combination of components, allow you to operate the system from multiple locations and prime multiple locations individually or simultaneously.

The system delivers a minimum of 70 GPM of water at 100 PSIg (265 L/min. @ 6.9 bar) and 35 CFM of air at 100 PSIg (0.9 m3/min @ 6.9 bar) and compressed air foam discharge pressure up to 130 PSIg (9 bar).

Our slide-in, portable modular compressed air foam 90-45 unit is designed and constructed to simultaneously discharge water, foam solution or compressed air foam, developing 90 GPM of water at 100 PSIg (340 L/min. @ 6.9 bar) and 45 CFM of air at 100 PSIg (1.2 m3/min @ 6.9 bar). The 90-45-DS also features compressed air for pneumatic tools and can pump water or air independently.
